Method:
1.Slice the watermelon in half.If the watermelon isn’t seedless, slice the halves into smaller strips and with a small spoon scoop out the seeds(the seeds can be dried and used later).Drop it into the blender If the watermelon is seedless, use a big spoon to scoop chunks of watermelon flesh into the blender. Discard the rind.
2. Blend the watermelon until it is totally pulverized. This shouldn’t take more than a minute. Squeeze the juice of one small lime into the blender and blend for a few seconds.A dash of lemon juice is absolutely refreshing to beat the heat. Pour the watermelon juice into a pitcher or pour directly into glasses.Add ice Water melons can also be used in salads, desserts, smoothies, milkshakes and even salsa.

Aam panna: Aam Panna is a well known Indian drink ,renowned for its heat-resistant properties. It is made from green raw mangoes which are light green in colour. 1.1 large green mango
2. A small pinch asafoetida
3.1 teaspoon cumin powder
4.4-5 black peppercorns, crushed
5.½ teaspoon black salt/ white salt
6 8 level teaspoons sugar.
Method:
1.Wash and boil the mango.
2.Let it cool,then peel, mash and strain the pulp.

Iced tea has proven to be one of the healthiest drinks available. Not only does it revive you on a hot day, but also adds to keeping you healthy.Drinking a glass of iced tea during the day can take care of most of our problems. Ingredients:
1.3-4 tea bags(black)
2.Sugar to taste
3.Ice
4.Water
5.Mint-optional.

Method:
1.Bring 2-3 cups of water to a boil.
2.Turn off the heat and add 3-4 tea bags for around 3-4 minutes.
3. Pour 2 cups (480 ml) of cold water into the tea. This will dilute the tea and will make the mixture less strong. You can stir the mixture for best results.
4. Refrigerate the mixture until it’s chilled. This should take 2-3 hours.
5. Pour the tea into a tall glass and fill with ice. Squeeze a slice of lemon into the tea and add a sprig of mint at the top. If you like it sweet, you may add sugar as per your taste.
Variations of the iced tea can be made using fruits like strawberries,Rasberries, Peach, Sweet lime etc… all the fruits available during sumer.
